Status Inquiry Form
This form will allow you to submit questions and/or comments directly to our
admission's office. You should use this form if you feel you or we are
not receiving emails or if you have gone over two weeks without any change
made in your student status account.
NOTE:
If you do not know your HTIR User Id and password, then
please create a TEMPORARY User ID and Password and let
us know that you do not know your HTIR user ID and
password. When HTIR responds we will provide you with your permanent
user ID and password allowing you future access to your
online student status account.
